FICCI is organising a Workshop on ‘Updates on RoDTEP and Foreign Trade Policy’, as per the schedule:

The government has recently introduced the requirement for 'Filing of Annual RoDTEP Return (ARR)' as a part of the Remission of Duties and Taxes on Exported Products (RoDTEP) Scheme. The requirement for filling the ARR is mandatory for exporters, whose total RoDTEP claim exceeds INR 1 crores in a financial year across all 8-digit HS Codes.

In light of the policy's importance, the workshop will focus on procedure for filing, key data requirements and key issues and challenges. Additionally, it will cover some other key announcements and recent changes in the Foreign Trade Policy with respect to Export Promotion Capital Goods (EPCG) Scheme, Advance Authorisation (AA) and Export Oriented Unit (EOU) Scheme.
