Overview
The All India Organisation of Employers (AIOE) in collaboration with FICCI, supported by ILO is organizing the 3rd Global Industrial Relations Summit on 10-11th July 2025 at FICCI, Federation House, Tansen Marg, New Delhi. The summit has emerged as a leading platform for dialogue and knowledge exchange on the changing contours of industrial relations. It brings together key stakeholders from governments, employers' organizations, trade unions, and academia to discuss trends, challenges, and best practices from across the world. The theme of this year's summit is "Shaping the Future of Work: Leveraging Industrial Relations for Growth and Sustainability."
The summit will include panel discussions, plenary talks and presentations. An array of Indian and overseas speakers from government, workers association, industry - public private sector, academia and international organisations will share their thoughts and experiences.
