FICCI is organizing a Sports Industry Leaders Delegation to the United Kingdom from 23-27 July 2025, with key engagements in Manchester and Edinburgh. This initiative aims to foster international collaboration and promote Indiaā€™s growing presence in the global sports economy.
The United Kingdom, known for its excellence in sports infrastructure, innovation, and event management, offers valuable insights for India as it advances its own sports development agenda. The delegation will bring together Indian stakeholders from sports infrastructure, technology, training, and tourism to engage with leading UK organizations.
Highlights include the India-Manchester Sports Business Forum, B2B matchmaking meetings with UK companies and investors, and a roundtable on Indiaā€“Scotland sports collaboration. Delegates will also participate in networking evenings hosted by the Consulate Generals of India in Manchester and Scotland.
This curated engagement will provide a platform for knowledge exchange, business development, and strategic partnerships, positioning Indian sports businesses to scale globally and align with international best practices.
