FICCI as the voice of Indian business and industry is launching the first Hydrogen Summit in February 2023 as an annual platform to engage policymakers, businesses, and other stakeholders for promoting the hydrogen economy and its mainstreaming in India.

The Summit would be a unique initiative focusing on new and advanced hydrogen technology applications that would provide scale, be replicable and have significant material impact in a country like India. The Summit will also focus on building consensus on an enabling policy environment that would catalyze investment in hydrogen energy and enable the development of the ecosystem from production to infrastructure and end-use. It will highlight the opportunities for global companies and investors to engage in this sector in India and the enabling environment for them to do so. It will also highlight possibilities for public private partnership to scale the adoption of green hydrogen in the country.
