FICCI receives ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management Systems Certification

NEW DELHI, November 2, 2018: The Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) has successfully upgraded its Quality Management Systems Certification from ISO 9001:2008 to ISO 9001:2015. The scope of revised certification includes Head office and all its state offices in India for all activities.

 

The ISO 9001:2015 certification signifies that FICCI's management systems and processes relating to service provision to its members and other stakeholders are in conformity with requirements of this international standard. Essentially, it reflects transparency and set processes of FICCI functioning.

 

The main benefits of the certification continue to be:
