National EHR standards coordinated by FICCI have been accepted and notified by the Government. As a key member of NITI Aayog Working group on National Health Informatics System, FICCI has submitted recommendations on the roadmap for adoption of EHR by public and private sector. FICCI is also a member of Ministry of Health & Family Welfare’s sub-committee on data privacy and security, and contributing towards the legislation on Electronic Health Care Data (Standardization, Privacy & Security) Act.
