Implementation of Living Will
The Supreme Court of India has recently recognized 'Living Will' made by terminally-ill patients for passive euthanasia. Though this is a landmark judgement, there is ambiguity related to its implementation and implications. This Task Force has been constituted to develop recommendations on the subject as well a knowledge paper for the framework required for implementing Living Will in the country.
