FICCI has a dedicated committee to look at manufacturing excellence issues in the industry. This committee looks holistically into the areas that work to improve the manufacturing competitiveness and systems thereby enabling industry to achieve better performance and results. The committee has been created to provide an opportunity to spread awareness about best practices that lead to better systems for improving organization's performance through good practices in operations, supply chain and quality.
The objective is to spread these good practices to the greatest extent possible within the industry including MSMEs and to achieve higher standards for Indian manufacturing ecosystem.
