On 27 June 2026, International MSME Day 2026 was commemorated in Bhopal, bringing together policymakers, industry leaders, entrepreneurs, financial institutions and MSME stakeholders to celebrate the vital contribution of micro, small and medium enterprises to economic growth, innovation and employment generation. Organised by the Department of MSME, Government of Madhya Pradesh, with FICCI as the Industry Partner, the event provided a dynamic platform for dialogue on strengthening the MSME ecosystem through investment promotion, market access, technology adoption, ease of doing business and financial inclusion. The programme featured insightful discussions on enhancing the competitiveness of MSMEs, fostering innovation, encouraging exports and building resilient enterprises capable of contributing to the state's industrial growth. The event also facilitated valuable interactions between industry and government, enabling participants to explore collaborative opportunities for sustainable business development.
