The FICCI Leadership Development Program (LDP) is a three-day residential engagement designed to equip higher education leaders with strategic insights, leadership capabilities, and adaptive frameworks essential in today’s rapidly transforming academic and regulatory environment.

Through a blend of expert-led modules, interactive sessions, and experiential learning, the program helps participants refine their ability to make informed, strategic decisions and lead their institutions with agility and vision.
