FICCI Tamil Nadu State Council office bearers - Chairman Dr. GSK Velu, Co-Chairman Mr. Bhupesh Nagarajan, and Co-Chairman Dr. Ashok Verghese — met The Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, Thiru C. Joseph Vijay, today at the Secretariat and exchanged views on Tamil Nadu’s industrial growth, investment promotion, entrepreneurship development, and economic progress.
During the meeting, discussions focused on strengthening Tamil Nadu’s position as a leading destination for industries and investments, encouraging innovation and startups, supporting MSMEs, enhancing skill development, and creating employment opportunities for the youth.
The FICCI office bearers also briefed the Chief Minister on various initiatives and activities undertaken by FICCI towards policy advocacy, industry engagement, sustainable development, and economic growth across sectors.
The Chief Minister Thiru C. Joseph Vijay appreciated the contribution of FICCI towards industrial and economic development and emphasized the importance of creating an inclusive, progressive, and business-friendly ecosystem that benefits industries, entrepreneurs, and the people of Tamil Nadu.
The meeting concluded with a positive exchange of ideas on strengthening collaboration between industry and the Government to accelerate sustainable economic growth and development in the State.
