Event Overview & Highlights
The Destination Tripura Business Conclave - Hyderabad Roadshow was organised on 7 April 2026 at Hotel Vivanta by Taj, Begumpet by the Department of Industries & Commerce, Government of Tripura in partnership with the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) as the Industry Partner. The roadshow aimed to showcase Tripura’s sectoral investment opportunities and facilitate engagement between the Government of Tripura and prospective investors, industry leaders, and stakeholders.
The programme featured sectoral presentations on key areas such as Information Technology & Digital Infrastructure, Organic Value Chain Development, Healthcare, Tourism, Higher Education, and Agarwood, highlighting the State’s resource potential, policy incentives, and improving infrastructure. A short film on investment opportunities in Tripura and thematic presentations provided insights into the State’s emerging sectors and growth prospects.
The roadshow also included keynote and thematic addresses, interactive discussions, and Business-to-Government (B2G) meetings, creating a platform for direct engagement between policymakers and industry stakeholders. The initiative contributed to strengthening investor outreach, encouraging partnerships, and generating interest in exploring business opportunities in Tripura.
Objectives of the Program
1. To showcase sectoral investment opportunities in Tripura and highlight the State’s industrial potential to investors and industry stakeholders.
2. To facilitate direct engagement between the Government of Tripura and prospective investors through presentations, interactive sessions, and B2G meetings.
3. To promote awareness about policy incentives, infrastructure development, and ease of doing business in the State.
4. To encourage private sector participation in key sectors such as IT, organic agriculture, healthcare, tourism, education, and agarwood.
5. To strengthen industry–government collaboration through FICCI as the Industry Partner, fostering investment and economic growth in Tripura.
