FICCI is organizing a "Advancing role of women in agricultural supply chains" on 20th December 2023 with the overarching goal of addressing gender disparities in agriculture, which involves a multi-dimensional approach encompassing policy changes, educational initiatives, and community-level interventions. As we know, recognizing and valuing the contributions of women in agriculture is essential for achieving sustainable and inclusive agricultural development. Their contributions extend across various aspects of the agricultural sector, from farm work to agribusiness and policy advocacy.
