An Interactive session with Dr Benjamin Sovacool, Director, Institute for Global Sustainability and Professor, Department of Earth & Environment, Boston University has been scheduled on Tuesday, 3rd September 2024 at FICCI, Federation House, New Delhi from 1600 - 1715 hrs.

Dr Benjamin Sovacool’s expertise spans global energy policy and politics, energy security, energy justice, climate change mitigation, and climate change adaptation. His research focuses on renewable energy and energy efficiency, designing public policy to improve energy security and access to electricity among other subjects.

Discussions during the session would focus on advancements and challenges in renewable energy technologies and their integration into the mainstream; strategies for reducing greenhouse gas emissions and for adapting to climate impacts.
