FICCI Tamil Nadu State Council organized the Vettri Tamil Nadu MSME Summit 2026, held on 9 October 2026 at Hotel Ramada Plaza, Guindy, Chennai, under the theme “A New Era. A $1.5 Trillion Tamil Nadu.” The summit brought together industry representatives, financial institutions, entrepreneurs, and government officials to discuss MSME financing and business growth.

The programme featured panel discussions on “Bridging the Credit Gap: Financing Tamil Nadu’s MSME Growth” and “From MSME to Growth Enterprise,” examining access to finance and pathways for MSMEs to scale their operations. The sessions featured representatives from SIDBI, City Union Bank, IndusInd Bank, TIIC, industry associations, and enterprises, with CA Harish Amrith, Convenor, FICCI Tamil Nadu MSME Panel, moderating the second discussion.

The summit highlighted the importance of access to finance, entrepreneurship, and collaboration among industry, financial institutions, and government in supporting the growth of Tamil Nadu’s MSME sector.
