4th Certification Training Program on Carbon Markets
FICCI is organizing the 4th Edition of the Certification Training Program on Carbon Markets, an exclusive two-day in-person masterclass on December 09–10, 2026, at Navi Mumbai. Tailored for decision-makers, enterprise leaders, investors, consultants, and sustainability practitioners seeking actionable expertise in carbon markets and climate finance, this edition translates complex regulatory mandates into actionable commercial execution. The curriculum delivers an end-to-end immersion into global and domestic carbon architectures, including Article 6 bilateral mechanisms, Corresponding Adjustments (CAs), and compliance readiness under India’s Carbon Credit Trading Scheme (CCTS). A central pillar of this cohort is investment bankability and financial appraisal – equipping attendees to model Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Net Present Value (NPV), and cash flows to substantiate project additionality. Participants will also master hands-on Project Design Document (PDD) preparation for both nature-based and technology-driven interventions, analyze corporate offtake structures, and examine real-world market risks through applied case studies and expert panel interactions.
