The Ministry of Labour and Employment, in association with FICCI and the Bhiwadi Manufacturers Association, organized “Shram Samvad” a district-level capacity-building and awareness program on labour codes on 30^th September 2026 at BMA House, located in the industrial area of ​​Bhiwadi, Rajasthan.

The objective of the program was to raise awareness among employers and industry stakeholders regarding the labour codes which came into effect on 21 November 2025 and the central rules notified on 08 May 2026, as well as to outline the key provisions and compliance requirements under the new framework.

The programme brought together over 150 participants including employers, industry representatives, human resource professionals, legal experts, finance specialists, and other key stakeholders in the labour and employment ecosystem.

The programme provided a significant platform for capacity building, stakeholder engagement, and awareness generation, which helped in fostering a better understanding of the labour codes and facilitating their effective implementation through the informed participation of employers and industry stakeholders.
