The Destination Tripura Business Conclave – Delhi Roadshow was organised on 24 February 2026 at FICCI Federation House by the Department of Industries & Commerce, Government of Tripura in partnership with the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry as the Industry Partner. The roadshow aimed to showcase Tripura’s sectoral investment opportunities and facilitate engagement between the Government of Tripura and prospective investors, industry leaders, and stakeholders.
The programme featured presentations on emerging sectors such as agarwood, health, information technology, education and skill development, tourism, and renewable energy, highlighting the state’s natural resources, improving infrastructure, and policy incentives for investors. A film on opportunities in Tripura and a presentation on the UNNATI Scheme further outlined the initiatives being undertaken to accelerate industrial growth in the state.
The roadshow also included keynote addresses, experience-sharing sessions, interactive discussions with investors, and Business-to-Government (B2G) meetings, providing a platform for dialogue between policymakers and industry representatives. The initiative aimed to strengthen investment promotion efforts and build partnerships that would contribute to economic growth and industrial development in **Tripura and the broader Northeast region.
Objectives of the Program
1. To showcase sectoral investment opportunities in Tripura and highlight the state’s industrial potential to investors and industry stakeholders.
2. To facilitate direct engagement between the Government of Tripura and prospective investors through presentations, interactive discussions, and B2G meetings.
3. To promote awareness about policy incentives, infrastructure development, and the ease of doing business framework implemented by the Government of Tripura.
4. To encourage private sector participation and partnerships in key sectors such as agarwood, health, IT, education and skill development, tourism, and renewable energy.
5. To strengthen industry–government collaboration through the support of Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry as the Industry Partner, fostering investment and economic growth in Tripura and the Northeast region.
