About the Role:

• 1 - 3 years of relevant experience
• Graduate / Post-Graduation with LLB / IPR background
• Legal background will be preferred
• Exposure to business development/marketing preferred
• It is a full-time role with all days work from office.

Principal Accountabilities :

• Assist in networking with Industry, Ministries and various departments, industry organizations to keep a tab on projects, funding opportunities, help develop proposals and, in their roll-out and effective implementation
• Develop proposals / programs on IPR related subjects / issues
• Assist in Marketing Strategies to draw / tap potential sponsors for activities / programs undertaken by IPR division
• Engage effectively with all stakeholders and help coordinate activities of IPR Committee, including through regular interaction with Committee members
• Support in developing regular policy briefs based on research and interaction with members
• Actively engage in activities of IPR Division to promote it as an IP knowledge & awareness promotion forum
• Support and manage activities of IPEC and IPFC and other such projects expected to come forth from government departments
• Planning/organizing workshops / seminars and other outreach programs.
• An effective team player in supporting the IPR division and team members to meet deadlines, deliver results, remain financially viable and achieve annual targets as budgeted every year

Technical (Knowledge, Skills, Attitude)

• Aptitude for research and effectively use findings / observations / data to promote objective of IPR Division
• Excellent writing abilities to prepare reports, talking points and official letters / documents etc.
• Ability to develop project proposals, budgeting etc.
• Good networking skills and experience
• Skill for / experience in engaging effectively with all relevant stakeholders
• Knowledge on Marketing Strategies - framing & implementing

Generic / Managerial

• Ability to multitask, deliver results in simultaneous projects
• Provide support to manage activities relating to many focus areas of IPR Division
• A team player that supports FICCI IPR team in meeting deadlines and delivering results
