Job Details

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Write research reports, create proposals, policy related work, content generation for all event related work (concepts, website content, prog content, post event reports, etc.)
  • Conduct surveys by developing questionnaire, sending to the hoteliers & tour operators, gathering information, collecting feedback, prepare analysis and final report to circulate to the industry.
  • Build and maintain a database of industry stakeholders for promotion and investment.
  • Responsible for generating revenue through sponsorships and stall marketing for various activities with new & existing client
  • Sales call with all the past, present and new clients during the marketing for various events; finalizing the official vendor, look after booth allocation, venue. Ensuring the maintenance of strong customer relationships to encourage contract renewals.
  • Preparing letters, Stall registration form, booth rates, event guidelines, sending invitation, allocating booths, following up with the payment to all participants like sponsors of all categories, state tourism boards, and registered sellers

Accountable for:

  • Overseeing the stall construction & facilities, synergies in the event, handing the overall live exhibition mainly to the delegates who are taking the stalls
  • Inviting Delegates, Maintaining Database, venue booking, invitation, delegate registration, speakers invite & confirmation, hotel room booking, backdrop & sponsor panel, photographer, name boards & registration, bouquets, audio visual, etc.
  • Payment follow-up with all participants, coordinating with accounts for invoice, dues etc.
  • Coordination with industry stakeholders for various conferences and programs
  • Liaising with the event website Logos placement of sponsors, program, e brochure, B2B profiles (exhibitor, sponsors and buyers), partner hotels profile & rates and B2B meetings, coordinating in maintaining the website, helps to Indian sellers in fixing up the online B2B meetings with the Foreign Buyers
  • Managing the advertisement, Brochure, eflyer, sponsor panels and backdrop in Exhibitions
  • Interacting with Ministries, Government officials, multilateral organizations and the industry state tourism boards, finalizing their logistics during the event
  • Complete monitoring the online pre- fixed b2b meetings between sellers and buyers, uploading sellers form on website, and share login id and password with them time to time.
  • Manage social media content, advertisements, press releases for events, programs and promotion

  • Networking and building long term relationship with key stakeholders (Government, multilateral organizations, Media etc.) at all levels to increase the presence & visibility of the organization
  • Self-Starter and willing to do work with minimum interference or dependency
  • Well versed with computers
