Dr. Amit Mitra, Hon'ble Minister-In-Charge Departments of Industries, Commerce & Enterprises, Finance, MSME & Textile, IT & E, PE & IR, Government of West Bengal delivered the keynote address. Special Address was delivered by Mr. Rajiva Sinha, Chairman, WBIDC & WBIIDC. Mr. Rajesh Pandey, IAS, Principal Secretary, Department of MSME & Textiles, Government of West Bengal and Ms. Vandana Yadav, IAS, Secretary, Dept. of Industries, Commerce & Enterprises Government of West Bengal & MD, WBIDC also addressed the event.
