Skilling of manpower critical for Private Security Industry to grow at 20-25%
NEW DELHI, 3 August 2018: Skill Development and Entrepreneurship Minister Mr. Dharmendra Pradhan today said that industry must partner with the government in skilling, reskilling and upskilling of the workforce in order to meet the challenges of new RPL 4.0 (Recognition of Prior Learning).
He was addressing the 'Private Security Industry Conclave (PSIC) 2018, organised by FICCI, with the theme Job Creation & Skill Development.
Mr. Pradhan elaborated, "We need to make the economy more formal.
