FICCI Launches Innovation Summit 2019: A platform to create the culture of Innovation

The summit will bring together innovation evangelists and Industry stalwarts to discuss and foster culture of innovation
NEW DELHI, 31 October 2019: Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) today announced the launch of its maiden platform, the Innovation Summit 2019. The summit is designed in an innovative manner to start a dialogue about innovation in multi-faceted dimension from an organizational culture standpoint. The Innovation Summit 2019 will culminate with a two-days conference in New Delhi on November 25 & 26 (register here).
Mr Dilip Chenoy, Secretary General, FICCI said, "FICCI has been in the forefront of triggering meaningful conversations around Innovation. To be able to weave in India's growth story and realize its true potential, it is important that we consistently innovate our products, processes and business models. We are extremely excited to launch this initiative which talks about creating the culture of innovation in organizations through our FICCI HR Committee."

Innovation Summit 2019:
The summit has been conceptualized by FICCI HR Committee and will focus on 3 key tracks:
a) Organizational Design and Capability building to Create a Culture of Innovation
b) HR Technology - Cobots & Humans Driving Innovation
c) How a culture of equality and inclusiveness drives Innovation
The unique design and pedagogy of the Summit is anchored on inputs drawn both from well-known subject matter experts, as well as the participants themselves through a Large-Scale Interactive Process (LSIP), using state-of-the-art technology enablers. This will help participants experience Innovation real-time through an experiential and agile learning environment, which is designed to foster peer learning and trigger conversations that will bring about the desired change at their workplaces from the viewpoint of culture, design and capability.
