Professor Narendra, explained the objectives, and what is waste, lean and visual management

Anything that adds cost to the product without adding any value to the organization is a waste, employees of an organization need to be treated as assets. Employees are the face of an organization who create the trust factor in the minds of the customers.

Mr Saheel Alagband, Asst Director MSME DI Srinagar said, implementation of lean techniques will increase productivity of MSME sector with less waste, but the process has to be under the guidance of a proper counsellor  who will bring positive changes in the working style of the sector.

Mr Arshad Danish State Coordinator FICCI J&K State Council welcomed the speakers, the msme unit holders and who  participated in the webinar, also emphases to organize such more events in future  which will benefit msme in J&K.
