Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce Industry (FICCI) is organising FINCON – our annual insurance conference on 12th April 2023, in Mumbai. The proposed theme for FINCON 2023 is ‘Winds of Reform’. The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is the Knowledge Partner for the conference.

With the growth trajectory of the insurance sector on the upswing, we are also seeing a spate of progressive reforms and changes in regulations being brought out by the regulator to further support and accelerate this growth. Companies at their end are also working on improving the insurance penetration and density by giving emphasis on digital channels to extend the reach of distribution, introduce new innovative products to suit the requirements of different segments and sets of consumers in the best possible manner as well as adopt an ecosystem approach wherein partnerships are being carved out to serve consumers efficiently.
