Overview

FICCI along with the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) has been making concerted efforts to make apprenticeship attractive to both the industry/employers and the youth, and thereby, increase their participation in the apprenticeship programme.

To successfully achieve this target, a concerted effort from both the government and the private sector is required. To achieve this object FICCI is organizing series of workshops on the theme “Making Apprenticeship Aspirational” with an Industry Cluster to talk about the benefits and relevance of being an apprentice and hiring apprentices.
