FICCI is organizing a conference on Capability Enhancement for Safe Food Business and Accession Ceremony of All India Cadre of Safe Food Business Professionals on 31st July 2023, at FICCI Federation House, New Delhi. The objective is to encourage an open dialogue on the need for capability development in the area of Safe Food Business and recognizing competent food safety professionals.

This event has been envisaged to bring industry, academia, and government together to help identify and nurture high-potential individuals and create a workforce capable of driving safe food practices across the country and the region. Eminent industry personnel, government officials & academicians from across India are invited to this conference to share their perspectives on opportunities, trends, and next steps, to train and develop business leaders capable of championing safe food businesses.

The event will include the felicitation of 25 selected professionals of the All-India Cadre of Safe Food Business Professionals Batch of 2022-23. This first batch of the Safe Food Cadre has been selected jointly by NIFTEM and NFSI through an All-India Competition to recognize and enhance the competence of food safety professionals.
