•    Understanding the impact of various decisions announced in the 50th meeting of the GST Council; 
•    Understanding the impact of key notifications and circulars issued under GST regime in the last one year; 
•    An update on various procedural changes made under GST regime in the last one year

Session II - August 17, 2023 - 3:00 pm to 4:30 pm 
An update on Important Advance rulings, rulings by Appellate Authority for Advance Rulings, audits under GST regime, important decisions of the Courts 

•    Important rulings by the Authority of Advance Rulings and Appellate Authority for Advance Rulings in the last one year, Impact and Practical Challenges; 
•    Experience of audits under GST regime and way forward; 
•    Recent landmark decisions and issues surrounding writ petitions; 
•    Other key areas of potential litigation under GST
