The Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) is pleased to invite you to a Webinar on ‘‘Salient Features and Amendments of CGWA Notification on Groundwater Regulation and Benefits of Water Audit Study to the Industries’’ scheduled on 29th November 2023, Wednesday from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. The webinar is officially facilitated with technical support from the Central Ground Water Authority (CGWA).
 
The main objective of the webinar is promoting awareness within industries and relevant stakeholders regarding the compliance obligations outlined in the Central Ground Water Authority (CGWA) notification and its subsequent amendments. Additionally, highlighting the advantages of undertaking Water Audits as a strategic measure for cost reduction and productivity enhancement within industrial operations.

• Applicability of CGWA Guidelines to Industries and general compliance conditions in No Objection Certificate (NOC) 
• Online Application process for NOC
• Ground water charges, Environmental Compensation and Provision of Penalty
