CIFTI-FICCI is organizing a Scientific Symposium on “Processed Foods for Purpose” on April 05, 2024, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM at Federation House, Tansen Marg, New Delhi.

 

The objective of the symposium is to encourage a free exchange of ideas, meaningful dialogue, innovative endeavours, and progressive initiatives within the processed food industry and amongst its various stakeholders outside of the industry. We believe it is the need of the hour to raise awareness among stakeholders, particularly in the light of myths, misinformation and misconception surrounding processed food, which has led to the concerns among consumers and policymakers.
 

Therefore, the symposium intends to bring together industry leaders, policymakers, academia, research institutes and trade associations for constructive dialogue and develop a holistic approach to address challenges and to promote and foster a more sustainable and responsible food system, prioritizing health, and well-being of India.
