Resource Efficiency and Circular Economy Industry Coalition (RECEIC) was launched last year during the G20 India presidency. This is a G20 centric coalition driven by the private sectors is first of its kind high-level initiative encouraging cross sectoral participation, integrative and inclusive by design and focused on enhancing RE and promoting CE transition across sectors.

Under RECEIC, we recently launched "Working Group on Material Transition in Chemical sector" led by Unilever. The working group offers unique opportunity to interested industry from across sectors with interest on the subject including academia, government bodies, and non-governmental organizations to join as member and work in collaborating manner creating a blueprint for accelerating the sustainable material transition in chemical industry.

The 1st working group meeting will witness participation from stakeholders from across the value chain to deliberate on the key challenges faced by the sector, strengthen the effort and collectively finalise the scope and way forward agenda for the group moving forward.
