Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) is organising a Learning Mission on Manufacturing Excellence on 24 – 25 July 2024 to Pune wherein the participants would visit Mercedes-Benz India Pvt Ltd and Mitsubishi Electric India Private Limited. It would be an opportunity to learn and understand the best manufacturing and quality practices in sync with our endeavour to promote learning through sharing. The visit would comprise of plant visit, presentation highlighting the best practices followed by the company and interaction with officials from the organization.

The tentative agenda for the Mission would be as follows:

Right of admission is reserved with the companies to be visited.

· To gain first-hand information and knowledge on Best Manufacturing Practices

· Provide an insight into the practical aspects of implementing these practices across different sectors

· Help the organisation to identify areas that have impact on the employee and ensure that corrective actions are initiated

· Provide an opportunity to benchmark with doers

· Visit to actual implementation site, Learning By Sharing

· Senior & Middle Management in Manufacturing, Industrial engineering and Process engineering

· Plant Managers / Industrial Engineers / Process Engineers

· Senior Operating & Maintenance Engineers

· Technology & Equipment suppliers

· And those involved in division like Product development / Innovation / Supply Chain Management / Energy & Environment

· Rs 12,000 + applicable taxes per delegate for FICCI Members & Public Sector Undertakings

· Rs 15,000 + applicable taxes per delegate for Non-Members

· Bulk nomination discount of 10% on three or more nominations.
· Programme is non-residential and delegate fee is non-refundable. It includes to & fro local transport by an AC Coach from a common place at Pune to the identified industries.

· The companies being visited would be screening the final list of participants and reserve the right to admission to their respective facilities. FICCI will not be responsible in case the visiting companies have reservations regarding certain nominations.
