Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE) is the implementing agency for the Perform, Achieve and Trade (PAT) Scheme across the country. The PAT Scheme is a scheme focused on reducing energy consumption and promoting enhanced energy efficiency among energy intensive industries in the country. PAT is a market-based mechanism in which identified energy intensive industries and other establishments (called Designated Consumers) are given targets for reducing their Specific Energy Consumption (SEC).

Under the project, FICCI has established PAT cell in various SDAs to support in implementation of PAT scheme. As part of this, FICCI PAT cell is organizing webinar on "Conducting M&V Audit in thermal power Plant".
