FICCI will be organizing the North India Skill Connect Summit on December 6, 2024, at the Hyatt Regency, Lucknow. This year’s theme, "North India Skill Connect: Exploring Opportunities with Uttar Pradesh," emphasizes fostering collaborations and exploring avenues to strengthen the skilling ecosystem in North India, with a particular focus on Uttar Pradesh.

For over 17 years, FICCI has been supporting the Government of India in bridging the gap between the demand and supply of skilled workforce, working toward a robust, industry-led skilling ecosystem. The North India Skill Connect Summit serves as a significant forum, uniting policymakers, administrators, educators, and industry leaders to address key challenges and opportunities in skill development. Over the years, this Summit has evolved into a thought leadership platform, furthering our vision of "Making India the Skills Capital of the World".
