India is poised to become a solar manufacturing hub under the Government’s vision of an Aatmanirbhar Bharat. To support the Government in its quest to make India self-sufficient and self-reliant in the solar manufacturing space, FICCI has constituted a Task Force on Solar Manufacturing.

The FICCI Task Force on Solar Manufacturing aims to work towards developing and evolving a consolidated industry position for the creation of a sustainable solar manufacturing ecosystem in the country. The Task Force through its policy and regulatory framework interventions and recommendations aims to work synergistically with the Government to establish India as the frontrunner in the global solar landscape.
