Overview

The All India Organisation of Employers (AIOE) in collaboration with FICCI, supported by ILO and EY as knowledge partner is organizing 2nd Global Industrial Relations Summit on 11th - 12th March, 2024 at FICCI, Federation House, Tansen Marg, New Delhi.

The summit will include panel discussions, plenary talks and presentations. An array of Indian and global overseas speakers from government, workers association, industry - public private sector, academia and international organisations will share their thoughts and experience.

As part of the summit, the paper writing competition is being organized. It aims to bring together various stakeholders to share their experiences and research on any aspect of Industrial Relations on any national or international level. It is open for all – industry, trade unions, academia, researchers, educators and practitioners to present and discuss the most recent trends, practical challenges encountered, and practices adopted in the field of IR.

AIOE will be holding panel exhibitions where the organisations may showcase their best IR practices followed by them.

The last date for submission of paper writing entry is 29th February, 2024.
