The FICCI Women Empowerment Award is a prestigious recognition instituted by FICCI, the oldest and largest business chamber in India to celebrate and honour organization’s that demonstrate exceptional commitment and achievements in promoting gender diversity, equality, and inclusion in the workplace. This award aims to highlight initiatives and practices that empower women, enhance their professional growth, and create supportive work environments where they can thrive.

 

The awards are being launched under the aegis of the FICCI Women Empowerment Committee.

 

The selection process for the FICCI Women Empowerment Awards is extremely competitive and is assessed through a 3-tier assessment process. Nominations received shall be thoroughly scrutinized by FICCI team and independent assessors. Subsequently, the assessors shall conduct a virtual assessment of the work of the shortlisted companies. The final selection for the Awards shall be made by an Independent Jury comprising eminent personalities from different spheres.
